QA/QC Introduction

We strictly control product quality in accordance from developing new product to all stages of experiment including production preparation, trial-production, block manufacturing, sale, and service in order to ensure the high quality and reliability of Shining air conditioners.

We exercise stringent control over all stages of the quality of raw materials, parts, produce process and final products. We generally use imported components from Mitsubishi Motor, Hitachi, Toshiba, Panasonic, Sanyo, Daikin to ensure the high-performance, high-liability and low noise of the products.

We invested a huge sum of money to set up five whole performance labs and 2 noise measuring labs and other dependable labs such as a salt fog lab, dynamic equilibrium wind leaf lab, electronic controller aging lab, high-low temperature lab and practical lab.
